Why CrossFit Newnan?

At CrossFit Newnan we us a “broad, general and inclusive” fitness program. Unlike many other globo gyms that sell you on there amenities such as treadmills with Internet access, overpriced smoothies that are not even remotely close to healthy, and machines that at best just look good.   We welcome all SERIOUS inquiries of all levels, beginner to professional.
