Schedule Update: 

ALL Classes Must have atleast 5 MEMBERS CONSISTENTLY IN ORDER TO CONTINUE CLASSES.

Beginning Monday May 6th 2013 the Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7:00 am class will be replaced with “OPEN GYM.”

Open Gym is where you may come in and do the WOD or skill on your own.

  • Monday-5:05am, 6am, 9:15am  & 5:30pm, 6:30pm
  • Tuesday-5:05am, 6am, 9:15am  & 5:30pm, 6:30pm
  • Wednesday- 9:15am   & 5:30pm, 6:15pm
  • Thursday-5:05am, 6am, 9:15am   & 5:30pm, 6:30pm
  • Friday-5:05am, 6am, & 9:15am
  • SATURDAY-8:30AM
  • OPEN GYM- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7am

How to Start

To get started at CrossFit Newnan, call and make an appointment for a Saturday morning CF WOD class. The first session(unless part of a gift card, promotion, etc.) is always FREE, there will be absolutely no sales pressure, just come ready to train.

During your first visit you will be guided through the ‘CrossFit Warm-up’ by one of our trainers. You will be taught proper form and technique performing several basic bodyweight exercises. You will perform up to, depending on YOUR level of fitness, 3 rounds of the warm-up. During this time, we observe your strengths and weaknesses and determine your current level of fitness. Every training period thereafter you will continue to be trained according to your level of fitness.

The difference between CrossFit Newnan and commercial gyms is we are committed to you the client in every aspect of fitness to include nutritional and diet support. We want to see you achieve your fitness goals and take you beyond. Unlike commercial gyms, where-after you sign up and no one even takes notices you walking in the door, or takes accountability for you as their client….at CrossFit Newnan we train you every time you walk into our door. As our member, you will be guided through a warm-up and then the Work-Out-of-the-Day (WOD). The WOD is different EVERY TIME you enter. Our members never know what the work-out will be. They change every day. That is part of the excitement and intrigue of the CrossFit Training Method.

CrossFit Newnan training methods ARE NOT FOR EVERYONE. During your first visit, you will experience one of two thoughts. You will either think, “THIS IS IT! This is what I’ve been looking for! I can become lean, strong and healthy!” or, you will think, “THESE PEOPLE ARE CRAZY!” Should you choose the latter thought,we understand as we know our methods are different from today’s commercial fitness exercise styles. Should you choose to become a member, YOU WILL SEE RESULTS. Our only requirement is that you walk in the door ready to train.
